While doula work is no longer my primary career focus, I still relish the chance to offer my services when my schedule allows. If what I have shared about myself resonates and you feel aligned with my perspective, please contact me and let me know your due date - it just might work out!
BIRTH
Preparing to give birth is a time filled with questions and choices. As your birth doula, I am a sounding board for you and your growing family. Together we will discuss your hopes for your experience, consider your options, and craft an outline for your birth preferences. We will meet twice prenatally, brainstorm together, making sure you feel connected and supported. I am available throughout your pregnancy for text, email, and phone support as needed. At 38 weeks, your number gets a special, obnoxious, blasting ringtone in my phone and I'm on-call 24 hours, ready when you are!
In labor, my role will be to support balancing the preferences outlined prenatally with the demands of the present moment. In birth, as in life, things rarely go exactly as planned. It's my job to help your birth team work together to honor your preferences, keep you informed, and offer support to you and your family as it grows.

PoStPartum
Growing families need support, and that's what I'm here for. As your postpartum doula, I will work in shifts from 4-6 hours in your home. I am there to help, whatever that looks like for you. Things our postpartum visits might include:
nourishing you so you can nourish your baby
taking care of the baby so you can take care of yourself: you can shower, sleep, shop online, veg out and watch Netflix? Your call. Giving you space so you can do you.
discussing normal infant movement development and where to learn more
babywearing techniques
swaddling
walking around the neighborhood together, figuring out nursing in public
educating your family on what they can do to support you and baby
tidying your home
doing baby's dishes or laundry
playing with siblings, modeling how to safely adore and play with their new baby sibling
prepping meals, running errands

AbORTION + Miscarriage
Birth isn't the only reproductive event in a person's life. I consider my role as a doula to be in support of all reproductive choices and circumstances.
We’ll talk about informed consent, how to communicate with your provider, and comfort measures through procedures.
So much gets tied up in our reproductive decision making. We all know about our right to choose. What gets left out is the first step: you have the right to know your choices. You deserve all the information. You deserve support. Together we'll discuss your options and what is right for you.
Rates
A la carte birth doula services:
Prenatal Birth planning support: 90-minute meetings, $250 each
Text, phone, and email support from contract signing through the fourth trimester: $250
Postpartum birth processing support: 90-minute meetings, $250 each
Total Birth Doula Package:
Includes 2 Prenatal meetings, Support Messaging, On-Call Birth Support, and 1 Postpartum meeting: $2000
A la carte postpartum doula services:
4-hour day rate: $300
8-hour day rate: $500
Contract Options: 10% off total when contracting 10 days or more, 15% off total when contracting 20 days or more. Birth clients receive additional contract discount benefits.
Abortion and Miscarriage services:
Please reach out with more information regarding your circumstances and means, I work with these cases on an individual basis.
