Trying to Concieve

If you’re trying to conceive, I offer practical tools to help optimize your fertility. Together, we’ll explore how factors like stress resilience and cycle tracking can make a tangible impact on your chances of conception. By learning how to track your basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and other fertility signs, you’ll be able to:

  • Pinpoint Your Fertile Window: Know exactly when your body is most receptive to conception.

  • Build Stress Resilience: I’ll teach you recovery skills to handle life’s inevitable stressors and show you how stress reduction can physically improve fertility.

Fertility Awareness is a highly effective, hormone-free method of contraception that offers self-governance and confidence. By learning to track your fertile and infertile phases, you can prevent pregnancy naturally and with precision. My approach helps you:

  • Trust the Efficacy: FAM is backed by proven science, and I’ll give you the tools to use it with confidence.

  • Transition from Hormonal Birth Control: I frequently support clients coming off hormonal birth control, helping them navigate the often confusing first few months by normalizing the process of this “second puberty”.

  • Build Practical Habits: I’ll teach you habit-stacking techniques to make charting your cycle second nature, so it easily integrates into your daily routine.

For Your Health

Charting your cycle is a window into your overall health. Beyond fertility, it can offer insights into conditions like PCOS, thyroid issues, autoimmune disorders, endometriosis, and PMDD. By tracking your symptoms alongside fertility markers, you can:

  • Gain Health Insights: We’ll use your charts to pinpoint patterns and identify potential areas of concern, helping you target relief for specific issues.

  • Proactively Manage Healthcare: I’ll show you how to time blood tests and other medical procedures around your cycle, so you can make the most of your doctor’s visits.

  • View Your Cycle as a Vital Sign: Just like heart rate or blood pressure, your menstrual cycle is a key indicator of overall health. I’ll help you understand what your body is telling you through each phase.

I am AFAP certified to teach the Symptothermal Method of Fertility Awareness and trained in the Billings Ovulation Method. While some fertility awareness methods and programs are religiously affiliated, my approach is entirely secular. I welcome clients from all religious backgrounds, relationship styles, and gender identities, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space for everyone to explore their reproductive health in a way that aligns with their own values and beliefs.

Private Fertility Awareness & Body Literacy Coaching Package

This personalized coaching package offers in-depth guidance on fertility awareness tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're looking to conceive, use FAM for contraception, or understand your health better, this program provides the support you need to confidently chart your cycle.

Package Includes:

  • Monthly Zoom Sessions: 1-1.5 hour private sessions, held twice a month for a minimum of 3 months, and then once monthly after the first 3 months, where I’ll teach you the method and provide tailored advice based on your unique concerns.

  • Chart Reviews: We’ll review your charts together, interpreting the data to ensure you're on track and addressing any specific issues or patterns.

  • Personalized Advice: Each session is designed to focus on your individual goals, whether it’s optimizing your fertility, using FAM for contraception, or gaining insights into your health.

  • Unlimited Text & Email Support: You’ll have ongoing access to me between sessions, ensuring all your questions are answered and you feel supported throughout the process.

This package offers the tools and resources to become fully confident in using fertility awareness as part of your reproductive health journey.

3 Month Commitment:

$200 per month

includes 6 sessions total

  • 2x per month

Ideal for:

  • new charters with regular cycles trying to concieve (not newly off hormonal birth control)

  • experienced charters looking for professional guidance and review for confidence or health concerns

6 Month Commitment:

$150 per month

includes 9 sessions total

  • 2x a month for the first 3 months

  • 1x a month for the next 3 months

Ideal for:

  • new charters newly off of hormonal birth control

  • new charters with regular cycles trying to avoid pregnancy or looking to learn more about their health

  • new charters with regular-ish cycles trying to concieve

12 Month Commitment:

$100 per month

includes 15 sessions total

  • 2x a month for the first 3 months

  • 1x a month for the next 9 months

Ideal For:

  • new charters with irregular cycles trying to avoid pregnancy or learn about their health

One-Off Coaching Sessions

$100/hour

1 session, minimum one half-hour - maximum 2 hours.

IDEAL FOR:

  • someone who is experienced and already confident in their charting and specific questions they’d like to have address from a certified educator.

NOTE:

I use months as a metric just for simplicity, but please know that if your cycle is an non-conformist we can work in months-ish. Also, payment plans and sliding scale are available upon request.
